ROYAL RESORTS REWARDS
If you are a Member of Royal Resorts you are automatically eligible to participate in the Royal Resorts Rewards Program. To start enjoying the benefits, you just have to agree with the Terms and Conditions of the program. You can sign up in the official website RoyalResortsRewards.com or personally ask your Concierge for assistance.

If you are a Royal Resorts Guest, you just have to agree with the Terms and Conditions of the program. You can sign up in the official website RoyalResortsRewards.com
First you need to activate your account in Royal Resorts Rewards. From that point on, you are eligible to accumulate Rewards.
If you’re a Member, you can earn Rewards:
  • On all the purchases you make or services you use during your stay at any of the Royal Resorts.
  • When you purchase Life Extension products you’ll receive 15% in Rewards.
  • Enroll in SKYMED and receive 10% in Rewards on purchases.
  • Booking a residence or product available at the Royal Resorts Reservation Center.
  • If one of your referrals books the special Friends and Family promotion with us, you’ll earn the equivalent of $100 USD in Rewards.
  • If one of your referrals becomes a Royal Resorts member, you’ll earn the equivalent of $400 USD in Rewards.
If you’re a Guest, you can earn Rewards:
  • n all the purchases you make or services you use during your stay at any of the Royal Resorts.
  • When you purchase Life Extension products you’ll receive 15% in Rewards.

  • Booking a residence or product available at the Royal Resorts Reservation Center.
It Depends if you’re Member or Guest.
The current conversion for Members of Royal Resorts:
  • For every dollar you spend, you’ll earn 1 Reward.
  • 50 Rewards is the equivalent of 1 dollar redeemed.
The current conversion for Guests of Royal Resorts:
  • For every two dollars you spend, you’ll earn 1 Reward.
  • 50 Rewards is the equivalent of 1 dollar redeemed.

If you’re a Member, you can use your Rewards to:
  • Pay your bill in full or partially when you check out of the Resort. You must have Rewards available for redemption in your account at time of checkout.
  • Pay your annual member Club Service Fee in full or partially.
  • Make a donation to the Royal Resorts Foundation charity causes (Fundación Royal Resorts A.C.).
  • Make a payment for a reservation or purchase at the Royal Resorts Reservation Center.

If you’re a Guest, you can use your Rewards to:
  • Pay your bill in full or partially when you check out of the Resort. You must have Rewards available for redemption in your account at time of checkout.
  • Make a donation to the Royal Resorts Foundation charity causes (Fundación Royal Resorts A.C.).
  • Make a payment for a reservation or purchase at the Royal Resorts Reservation Center.
Yes. These will be credited to the Primary Member listed in the contract/membership. There is a specific form that you need to fill out to receive your proceeds in Royal Resorts Rewards instead of a check. Remember, Rewards expire 3 years after being credited. Call Interval Servicing for more information.

If you´re a Member or Guest your Rewards expire three years from the date of issue. Up until then they remain in your account and you can apply them at your convenience as long as your membership is up to date.
The Royal Resorts Rewards program is available for Royal Resorts members and Guests at all our resorts:
  • The Royal Haciendas
  • The Royal Cancun
  • Grand Residences by Royal Resorts
  • The Royal Sands
  • The Royal Islander
  • The Royal Caribbean
If you wish to change your password, please go to MY INFO section and click on update your personal information.
If you forgot your password, go to the login page of RoyalResortsRewards.com and click on Log in. Then click on the “Forgot PIN?” link on the bottom of the login window. Your registered email is required in order to send you a temporary password. You can also call us:

Referrals receive a special promotion to stay at Royal Resorts.
You will receive Rewards once your referral has made the down payment, the first monthly payment and signed the membership agreement. Resale memberships are not applicable for referral Rewards.
In the event that an identical referral is already in the system, only the first source to submit the name is eligible to receive Rewards.
No, Referrals cannot be current Royal Resorts members or guests. A member cannot refer another member, their spouse or children under the age of 18.
Members at the resorts in the Caribbean operated with Systems by Royal Resorts can use their Rewards to pay their bill at the end of their stay at the Royal Resorts in Mexico, pay their annual member Club Service Fee or make a donation to the Royal Resorts Foundation.
